Authentically and quintessentially French, Samantha and Benjamin are quite possibily the most passionate pastry chefs we’ve come across in the whole of Cornwall. Yes, we mean the intense training, the 3am starts and an unbelievable amount of attention to detail in French patisserie perfection. Their stunning creations really do look as beautiful as they taste.
We so look forward to Murray’s delivery of some of the finest coffee available in the South West of England. Although the origins of this blend is from overseas we are fully in awe of the commitment of Sunday Collab coffee the protection of the environment, the relationships with their farmers and the inspiration from the ocean and the surf. The guys behind Rustic Cakes, St Agnes, create bespoke as well classic little stunners. As so many of us are choosing a more conscious way of eating, when we call Suzy, she doesn’t disappoint. You’ll find sweet treats to suit many a dietary requirement at Alcatraz and we’re proud to bring them to you from someone who cares so much.
This local family took to making Gin so naturally, meaning the final product was something to “pore” over (get it?!). Their 13 botanicals are made of responsibly foraged and sustainably sourced ingredients from their restaurant kitchen garden and our stunning Cornish coastlines. Paired with Seabuck Tonic, another treat to come out of St Ives, and you have one of the most perfect Cornish inspired G&T’s in the South West.
